About Us The Ashgrove Hotel is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast. We do accept smokers, but only if they smoke outside the building. Any guest caught smoking in any room will be charged extra.



We are extremely friendly and we have a fantastic attitude. We aim to keep all our guests comfortable and happy.

We were given 3 Stars and a sparkling diamond for excellent service and cleanliness.The Ashgrove Hotel is a non-smoking establishment that welcomes children. We are a Grade 2 Listed Victorian town house. Many of the original features and characteristics of the building have been retained, whilst every modern convenience is provided.Enjoy a generous Full English or Continental Breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Vegetarian and gluten-free diets can be catered for by arrangement.

Rooms All rooms, recently refurbished, have en-suite facilities, colour television, central heating, with complimentary tea and coffee. Hairdryer and ironing facilities are available free on request.

The rooms are located over 3 floors, with a choice of single, double, twin and family arrangements. Each room is serviced daily. Guests have free access with own keys for the duration of their stay.

Tariff Single room £35 -
Double/Twin room £50 -
Family room £70 - £80.

The above prices include breakfast for each guest.

All rooms are en-suite, with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

Short, long term and mid-week bookings are welcome.

Credit/debit card deposits accepted by telephone. Cheque deposits should be made payable to 'Ashgrove Hotel'

Cancellations - 24 hours notice is required.

Both business and leisure guests are catered for.
